"We used to holiday nearby and fell in love with the area. The beaches at Filey and Scarborough are only a short drive away, as is the market town of Pickering and the beautiful village of Thornton-le-Dale. We felt it was the perfect position for both country and beach lovers alike. We had intended to retire to Brookside, but due to family circumstances, were unable to do so. We love the house and think of it as a second home.

Brookside is a large bungalow with fabulous views and a large garden, making it ideal for one large family, or two smaller families to share.  There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at one end of the house, separated by the lounge and kitchen, with the other 2 bedrooms and shower room at the other end of the house.  We have tried our best to cater for the English weather by providing a games room and a children's playroom in addition to the swimming pool.  We hope you find it to be a restful and relaxing haven."
