Distances - Brookside is inbetween Malton and Scarborough, with beautiful views of the Yorkshire Wolds. Whitby, with it's ruined Gothic Abbey and links to Dracula is 40 minutes drive away, while the ancient city of York is less than an hour's drive.

 

There is a Doctor's surgery, pub, fish and chip shop and two small shops in the village. Morrisons supermarket, McDonald's and a Costa are only a 10 minute drive away.
